Return and Refund Policy

At Lolli and Pops Crystals and More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your  purchase. You may return most items within 14 days of purchase for a  full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they are unused, in  their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of  purchase.     Exceptions:   

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns. 
• Items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be returned. 

 To initiate a return:   

• Contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. 
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your receipt or order number. 
• Ship the package to the address provided, with return shipping costs paid by the customer. 

 Refunds:   

• Refunds  will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item  and will be credited to your original payment method. 

 Please note:

• For international returns, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply.
